Since we are traveling, call of nature or the necessity to use the restroom and shower room is inevitable. At Zürich Airport the toilets were kept clean. However, some feedback says that the restroom locations are not passenger-friendly. On a positive note, there are two shower facilities found in the following areas: Landside, Service Center, multi-storey car park 2, level 1 and Airside, Transit D, next to the day rooms. However, usage is not free. It costs CHF 15 which includes a bath towel, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Foreign exchange centers are located in both airside and landside which also include 24 hour-operated ATM currency dispensers.
There are 33 food establishments and several shops found inside the airport, but please be advised that although the airport is operational for 24 hours, the stores and establishments are not.
Yes, there’s Wifi at the Zürich Airport. However, it is only free for the first 60 minutes. This actually needs registration and confirmation code by SMS. If travelers wish to use the wifi after 60 minutes paid internet connection service, an additional time of 1 hour is at 6.90 CHF or unlimited access for 24 hours is at 14.90 CHF.
