TripFactory might be the largest holiday store online in India where consumers can buy their holidays the way they want either by customizing online themselves or seeking assistance by talking to experts who can plan for them. But, complaints are somehow bringing them down. Maybe, if they’ll just work on little things to acknowledge and change some of their most-complained services. Then, TripFactory might be a good travel site to book with.



  1. I am painful to write such a comment in my life. I am a govt. executive with Delhi Govt. and have learnt first time the worst way of handling the customer by trip factory officials from the starting of the tour to the end. From the day one just before boarding the plane M. Asid Siddique is arguing that there will be no carrier facility available on the top of the car(innova) available to us at Gawahti air port. I was kept on tense mode till Gawhati where I found the car with top carrier and thus tried to forget the matter. The driver started asking for car parking and other refreshment charges. The way Mr. siddique responded was very rude.
