What I mean here is the design of the website is pretty dull and not well executed, there is surely room for improvements, big rooms. White background, logo at the top left, search engine on the right hand of the page and deals offered on the middle part. It doesn’t even convince a customer that Travelzoo is best site to book their travel itineraries.

Unfortunately Travelzoo had been getting bad score ratings from 113 reviews posted on SiteJabber. Customers had considered Travelzoo a money-hungry scam-company. Some others had even commented that booking or even checking on the deals of Travelzoo is a total waste of time.

One recent reviewer even said “I have never found a good deal on here. When I go straight to the hotel or airline sites. They are offering the same deals! So, why give them a chance to screw up my reservations?”
