Customers are not as pleased as I am with their overall look. Well, we can’t judge the book by its cover. On Thomas Cook reviews via Trustpilot and Airlinequality, consumers gave them an average of 1 out 5 score rating and it seems like the most recent review was posted 23 hours ago. It is too long for me to post it here, so let me share the latest and the shortest complaint which was published 3 days ago:
“Claimed for compensation for a delayed flight that was pushed back till the next day and I won the claim tried to book tickets with the vouchers but they said I have to pay for the flights first then they would refund my account after a month, I said no and I wanted the cash which they said it takes ten days a month later and still no refund and now on the phone with a forty minute wait never will fly with them again no truer saying you get what you pay for”

Advice to Revise
I was actually convinced on what the overall look Thomas Cook had given me. They made a good impression with just physically looking at their site. However, business is about people. No matter how decent a company looks, if customers are not even satisfied with their services, the business alone won’t be good in due time.
