Usually the word travel is classified as a way to enjoy life and forget about your worries. Traveling has this therapeutic effect which can help people grow to become a better version of their normal selves. This can only be revealed as a therapy in our lives when it corrects the imbalances and immaturities of our nature, so when it comes to flying, a comfortable and safe ride is essential. Let’s see how Thai Airways lives up to this.

What people are saying
Most people concur that the ground service is excellent, but seat comfort and value for money is bad. For example, this one guy was complaining that his seat was not clean and it has an awful smell. So they don’t recommend Thai Airways, because for them it’s a lousy experience they’d rather not pass on to others.
With the accessibility of smartphones these days, Thai Airways established their own mobile app to expand services wherein you can check in online, check your flight status, and you can also alter your flight and book hotels/vehicles. They do promote deals which are located on the main page for you to find great opportunities to explore the world on a budget.
Customer service is open daily, customer service numbers can be found below. They also provide FAQs to help people who are hearing impaired, as well as TTY services.

Thai Airways offers the best for their clients but at the same time, the comforts of some of their clients are not that good. So I guess they need a little fix that and they’re good to go. Thai airways also ranks at 14th place last year but now, they’ve fallen down to the 19th place.
