Suiteness Reviews

Just by hearing the travel site’s name this will make you think about sweets more than suites. Suiteness is not actually a site about dessert or cakes. Basically, Suiteness is a hotel suite booking site that lets travellers to books the finest luxury hotels in the greatest cities. Suiteness makes it easy to rent suites and connected hotel rooms. Though there’s no actual story stated on their site as to how Suiteness started or where it was inspired from. The suite booking site was founded in 2014 by Robbie Bhathal, Stephen Caudill and Kyle Killion. Each of the founders has their own designated roles for the productivity of their travel company. Suiteness is funded by world class investors such as Structure Capital, Keystone Capital, Scott and Cyan Banister, Vegas Valley Angels, Omar Amanat, and Bobby Jadhav. Let’s discover more about Suiteness.
Suiteness Reviews-founders

What is Suiteness?

Suiteness has been the first end to end solution in luxury travel, by connecting hotels with known luxury consumers. Their goal is not only on the consumer side, but on the hotel side as well. They see the value in providing our hotels with brand protection, visibility, data transparency and flexibility. Ultimately they want to showcase the hotels most prized inventory, services, brand, and amenities through our unique platform. By doing this they connect hotels to the right consumers and build long lasting consumer relationships. They also have offices in Vegas, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and London.
Suiteness Reviews-page
With Suiteness travellers are able to get easy access to the perfect luxury suite tailored specifically to their every desire, but working your way around the Suiteness web page is quite complicated. The site is undeniably modernized, but confusing. On a positive note, Suiteness’ language can be changed to 6 other languages and a live chat option is found at the bottom right. They also provide inspiring suggestions at the middle part of the page.

Unfortunately, Suiteness doesn’t have a mobile version of all these PC services. They promised customers that booking a suite with them means knowing you’re getting the best stay possible. Space, comfort and a luxurious environment, all you have to do is kick back and relax. Suiteness select the very best when it comes to suites & hotel partners; hand picked all of inventory to ensure that customers will have the highest quality suite experience.

Suiteness Reviews of Customers

We checked online for Suiteness reviews and to be honest the comments are close to none. We actually found an article written about Suiteness, but it was quite noticeable that it’s a paid article just to promote the travel site. On their Facebook account 5 star rating are shown, but no actual comments to how booking with Suiteness is like.

Since Suiteness is still considered one of the travel startup, I guess that would answer our queries as to why there are no legit Suiteness reviews or feedback shown online. Which makes it hard to determine if it’s safe to book with this suite booking site. It is still best not to make a decision without being uneducated of the possible consequences. Pana Reviews

In 2014, two senior computer science majors at the University of Colorado Boulder, Devon Tivona and Lianne Haug, decided to start a tech company. Yes, they actually turned down offers at big-name companies and charted an entrepreneurial path, later adding fellow graduate Sam Felsenthal. They experimented with a few ideas all built around the notion of leveraging the wisdom of real humans, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile. This is pretty much how Pana began. Today, let’s see how Pana has been productive for two years.

How Does Pana Work?

It is quite noticeable that the travel app is only available in the App Store; reasons why it’s not on the Google Play Store or Android have not been determined until now. Pana was not actually the original name of the travel app by Devon Tivona. Initially known as “Native,” a buzzy startup, it now had been renamed to “Pana” which means good friend or confidant.

Pana Reviews-Devon Tivona
Devon Tivona

Aside from making it simpler with a four-letter domain, CEO Devon had confessed the main and good reason for the switch: search engine optimization. He actually said:

“Because a ‘native app’ already describes a type of app (how it is coded), we were always competing for SEO against coding articles and developer tools. ‘Pana’ means good friend or confidant in Latin American Spanish, and we liked how that could serve as a message about how we do customer service.”

There are only three easy steps in using Pana. First, make a request by sending Pana a message using their mobile application on iOS, SMS or by email with any request for an upcoming or current trip. Second, review the options within minutes. Pana’s team will send you the information that you need to make a fast decision. Lastly, book with one tap: tap one button and you’re done. That’s it. No fields, forms, or opting-out of the five offers you don’t need.
Pana Reviews-app iconThey also have a welcome call wherein a real person or an on-demand virtual travel agent will get to know your travel preferences. They will even monitor flight prices and send you the best options when the time is right, straight to your phone. They’ll make sure customers’ accommodations are also tailored to their travel. They’ll search expertly-curated collections for options that fit a customer’s needs.

Pana Reviews of Users

Since it’s just a new travel startup, there are still no Pana reviews shown online. But, on their official website, it seems like high-profile personalities had commented about Pana:

Whether for work or play, Pana arranges your travel to save you time and headaches. Pana is one of the new yet reliable travel concierge apps that you can actually trust. Although, I wonder if there will come a time that they’ll think of creating an Android version, especially since half of the world are Android users. But so far, kudos to the continuous development and growth of Pana!

Caucasian businessman napping in airport

Since it has been a year, we will be starting to write new reviews about the travel sites we once wrote about last year, just to give you a heads up of the current status or changes of a particular online travel agency. Things can change in a span of a year, that’s why we decided on re-writing some of the written travel search engines and give you the freshest feedback for 2016.

In this review, we will be re-talking about ParkSleepFly.

ParkSleepFly Reviews 2016

To remind you what’s the meaning of ParkSleepFly, it is actually Park at the hotel, Sleep soundly and Fly stress-free. The travel booking and reservation meta search engine traces its roots back to 2002 and also serves as the sister company of AirportParkingReservations. ParkSleepFly’s CEO is still Thomas Lombardi Jr., and under his leadership, both companies increased revenue by 215% after almost 5 years of annual revenue declines.

How does ParkSleepFly work?

pageIt is quite noticeable that ParkSleepFly had again updated their official website since the last time we wrote a review about them. Though, we just notice a few changes, such as their Trustpilot ratings and standing at the top center of the web page. While the search option was more focused on airports shown at the center, the bottom part of the page promotes the top cities with ParkSleepFly packages. In case customers want a more categorized search by popular US and Canadian airports, then the bottom part will be of help.

no mobile appUnfortunately, they still don’t have a mobile application version of their PC services. Some customers are actually complaining about it, because it’s somehow inconvenient for some. Though, there are other ways to get in touch with them or look more about them, which is actually through their social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+. But, for some reason the links to their social media are now missing on the new interface. I wonder why. Have they forgotten to put them?

ParkSleepFly Reviews 2016 from Customers

ParkSleepFly Reviews 2016-doubtEven if ParkSleepFly has an amazing leader to keep them on track, the ParkSleepFly reviews of customers haven’t been showing any coordination to the said company’s continuous success lately. Most of the consumers are surprised that they are overcharged, especially with the fact that ParkSleepFly is showing prices which are not similar to those in the payment process, and others are disappointed with their experiences of the services of ParkSleepFly.

On a positive note, given the other complaints over ParkSleepFly, on Trustpilot, the travel site had acquired a lot of feedback and positive ratings. To see more of their ParkSleepFly reviews 2016, click here.

  • Postal Address:             (PO Box 745) 1353 South St., Suffield, CT 06078

Judging through the continuous development of ParkSleepFly, the online travel agency had been slow but steady in fixing their mistakes. Though, it is somehow doubtful that they got a lot of feedback. I hope the comments are not fraudulent or made up by them to increase their rating on TrustPilot. Problems with hidden charges are still showing on some ParkSleepFly reviews. It’s still your decision if you’ll be trusting them or not.

BookIt Reviews

BookIt Reviews-Arthur “Bud” Finlaw
Arthur “Bud” Finlaw

The travel company that knows the value of the Internet as a livelihood: BookIt was established in 2000 by Arthur “Bud” Finlaw who serves as the company’s CEO as well. It all began in a garage office with a single employee: his son, Jamin Finlaw. Now, BookIt has its own headquarters in Panama City Beach, Florida. BookIt is working to provide travellers the best online travel experience by offering deeply discounted travel arrangements, the best web interface, and fantastic guest service. But, let’s see about that. In this review, let’s check the services and credibility of BookIt.

What is BookIt?

The interface of BookIt looks calm with the mood expressed by the background image. Their design promotes the idea of vacations, since their target audience are people looking for leisure time. Booking flights, hotels, and car rentals is done online or through calling their customer support.
BookIt Reviews-page
BookIt encourages their customers to create an account and become a member of Bookit. Members can modify their bookings and save past booking information; they can also receive exclusive offers, signing up is free. Like other travel sites, BookIt is a search engine for booking flights, hotel accommodations, vacation packages, and activities.

BookIt Reviews-mobile appThe search and compare functionality can now be done via smartphones too. BookIt has a travel app for a more convenient way of managing travel itineraries. Direction guidelines are also provided for customers to map out their plans. BookIt is in the middle of improving their application for the sake of all customers. The travel app of BookIt is available in the App Store and Google Play Store. They also offer “Exclusive App-Only” rates.

BookIt has a newsletter service wherein customers can sign up and receive the latest deals offered on BookIt directly in their inbox. This service includes the “Sign up to receive up to $150 instant savings.” I wonder what’s the catch with the “up to $150 instant savings.”

BookIt Reviews of Customers

Is it me or are the reviews posted on Trustpilot about BookIt too many? 12,610 BookIt reviews are shown. I am sensing some fraudulent action here. Are they trying to make fake comments to keep their numbers high? Even Expedia has just a thousand reviews, but 12,000+ is really doubtful. Even the overall rating shows as 7.9/10, I am not in the slight convinced that they are reliable. BookIt doesn’t look legit at all.

Looking back at some of the customer reviews,  I can say that their booking framework still has a lot of opportunities to get better.

System glitches are a huge issue, especially for online exchanges including money. Speaking of improvements, their customer service is one of the big problems here. Ignoring customers’ concern is a big no-no in the travel industry.

Denver International Airport Reviews

muralsDenver International Airport is really not your typical airport or is a little bit different from other airports. Apart from being known for its tent-like structure, DEN is more commonly known for its conspiracies including stuff about its murals at the airport expressing New World Order’s takeover. Painted by artist Leo Tanguma, they tell the story of apocalyptic biowarfare destroying the world as we know it, with the New World Order taking over in its place.

Other structures are the 32-foot tall blue horse outside the airport which is known to be “Blucifer” that killed its own sculptor. You can also try to check this article:

Moving forward, today, we are not trying to creep you out of the largest airport in the United States by total land area. We’ll be writing a review about Denver International Airport (DEN) to see what are their services, facilities, traffic, and development. Join us as we discover facts about the airport.

Denver International Airport Reviews-terminalAs mentioned earlier, DEN was known for its tent-like structure which was actually designed by Fentress Bradburn Architects. It’s reflective of snow-capped mountains and evokes the early history of Colorado when Native American teepees were located across the Great Plains. Moving forward, being the largest airport in the US by land area, DEN has a lot of restrooms throughout the airport but showers are not available.

There are a total of four information desks which are located in the arrivals area of the main terminal and in concourses A, B, and C.

Travellers staying overnight are allowed, since the security doesn’t mind sleepers at all provided the airport is open for 24 hours. There’s plenty of space to spread out, but the furniture isn’t particularly comfortable for sleeping. On a positive note, Economy class travelers can buy a pass and relax in one of the airport lounges.

Denver International Airport Reviews-shopThere is an extensive range of fast food outlets, cafés, bars, and restaurants at Denver International Airport. These include grill restaurants, ice cream parlours, and a sports bar. Shops at Denver International Airport encompass everything from newsagents and gift shops to retailers selling travel accessories, luggage, and designer clothing. Tax and duty-free shops are located in concourses A and B for international passengers.

Free unlimited WIFI access is available throughout the airport, travellers just have to connect to “DEN Airport Free WiFi” network to access it. Various internet booths are in the terminal complex.

Getting To and From

The automated airport underground rail system links the Jeppesen Terminal with other terminals and concourses in less than five minutes.

Denver International Airport Reviews-RTD SkyrideCustomers driving their way to their airport can use the route with Peña Boulevard which can be accessed via an exit off Interstate 70 in east Denver. Interstate 70 offers connections to Interstates 25, 225, and 76. Peña Boulevard can also be accessed from the E-470 toll road and Airport Boulevard in Aurora.

For other means of public transportation, travellers can travel via charter bus like RTD Skyride services. Shuttle minibuses are available from a number of providers. Taxis, charters, and luxury limousines are available to all destinations in the surrounding area from level 5. A flat rate fare of US$55.15 applies to Denver city

Location – Traffic – Service

The international airport more often referred as DIA is situated 37km (23 miles) northeast of Denver. DEN serves as the hub for Frontier Airlines, Great Lakes Airlines, and United Airlines with nonstop service to destinations throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia serving 187 destinations. Based on statistics last year, Denver International Airport had accommodated a total of 54,014,502 passengers.

Did you know that Denver International Airport is the only airport in the United States to have implemented an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system covering the entire airport?

Airport/Terminal Map
Denver International Airport Reviews-map

A new train station, connecting the airport directly to downtown Denver, will begin operations in spring 2016. Additionally, a 519-room hotel and conference centre was recently opened in November 2015.

Contact Information:

  • Denver International Airport Reviews-logoAirport Code:        DEN

  • Address:               8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, Colorado 80249, United States

There might be a lot of conspiracies from the start about Denver International Airport, but these were never proven true or never been admitted by the airport executives or founders. In this review, we want you to see the brighter side of the airport. Their service is well maintained and this kept them on the World’s Top 100 Airports.

Yapta Reviews

“Prices drop. We alert. You save.”
that’s the company slogan of Yapta. Did you know that Yapta stands for Your Amazing Personal Travel Assistant? Very creative business name! Now I am curious how amazing they are in terms of personal assistance to wanderlust people. Let’s take a look.

History and Management

Yapta Reviews-James Filsinger
James Filsinger

Yapta traces its roots back to 2003 and was founded by Brett Allsop and Tom Romary. However, the official launch of Yapta was actually on July 1, 2007. Mr. Romary quoted his co-founder, Mr. Allsop, as a tremendous loss for he was an exceptional person, ethical, bright, and innovative. Mr. Allsop died in a car accident in 2009.

The current President and CEO of Yapta, James Filsinger, has been the CEO since July 2012 with a total of 18 years of experience in the travel industry.

Using Yapta

Yapta is not easy for non-tech savvy people. The features of the website allow customers to choose between Personal and Corporate Travel. The big screen in the center of the website promotes generally for FareIQ, Room IQ of Corporate Travel.
Yapta Reviews-page
The two main services of Yapta for Corporate Travel, small businesses, are FareIQ and RoomIQ. FareIQ, Yapta’s intelligent price tracking service, allows customers to receive alerts on their flight booking. The other one, RoomIQ, allows customers to receive alerts on hotel reservations fit with the customer’s preference.

Save $369 per trip, is one of their ongoing promotions, wherein customers or small businesses are entitled to save $369 per trip with Fare IQ and Room IQ.

Yapta Reviews-mobile appPersonal Travel, customers of non-small businesses, are also accommodated by Yapta. Customers are able to book flights, book hotel reservations, and car rentals

Their mobile app features allow customers to track prices for flights and hotels, receive notifications, email alerts when prices drop. The mobile app is available in the App store and Google Play Store.

Yapta Reviews of Customers

After reading the most recent Yapta reviews, I am afraid that the travel company had been growing a lot of enemies from its users. Given the overall rating score is showing as 3 out of 5, we can still neglect the reality that most Yapta reviews are complaints. One recent reviewer even said that she had an awful experience with Yapta. Just so you know, Yapta is not a not a travel agency. Their airfare monitoring service is free, but how come customers claim that they received charges on their bank statement under Yapta? It’s quite confusing which makes it more doubtful.

Yapta is one of the travel companies established to help travellers online not with booking but through monitoring purchased airline tickets’ reduction. Yapta was painting a good picture in the travel industry, but it still bugs me with the fact that potential customers say it’s too good to be true plus their own customers are complaining about the insatiable service.

What can you say about Yapta? Feel free to leave a comment below.

In this review, we will be re-talking about Airfarewatchdog.

Airfarewatchdog Reviews 2016

Airfarewatchdog Reviews 2016-George Hobica
George Hobica

It’s given that Airfarewatchdog is not one of the popular or major travel sites around. It was quite confusing as well to determine how did they start and when. Mixed company descriptions are shown online pertaining that Airfarewatchdog was founded in 2005, 2006 and 1998. At least we can assure that their founder Mr. George Hobica is also their current president.

Mr. Hobica was a travel journalist focusing on consumer issues; he was also a Marketing Manager for a large multinational company. Apart from being the CEO of Airfarewatchdog, Hobica has been in the online travel industry for 9 years and counting.

How does Airfarewatchdog work?

The online travel agency’s name was inspired by the President’s pet dog that is no longer with him now. They believe, with the guidance from heaven, his dog helps in the growth of his travel company. As the name says, “Airfarewatchdog,” his pet watches or assists in searching for the best airfare deals.
As we noticed, the interface of Airfarewatchdog hadn’t changed a bit in a year. Though, we got to admit, they made the right choice of theme color which is pleasing to the eye. But, it gives me the notion that it’s similar to Skype in a lot of ways. For some reason, when we were trying to enter our location it overlaps the search result and we’re stuck there and can’t even select the airport we are flying from.
pageOn a positive note, Airfarewatchdog lets customers search, compare and book for flight deals and hotel reservations online. They also have a mobile version of all these service, though it’s available for Apple users only.

Airfarewatchdog Reviews 2016 from Consumers

To be honest it’s hard to determine the current status of Airfarewatchdog, but since we last wrote a review about them, new Airfarewatchdog reviews 2016 were added up. Based on SiteJabber, the travel site is in a bad shape with an overall rating of 1.9/5 stars.

Consumers who rated this search-and-compare-booking site to be one of the scam. Plus, the lack of customer service makes travellers not want to try to at least book with them. They don’t want to wait for an email or personally visit the office in New York if things go wrong. For them, it’s not worth the shot to book with Airfarewatchdog.
Airfarewatchdog Reviews 2016-logoHow To Reach Them?
If you are looking for a contact number to reach Airfarewatchdog, they have none. The best way to reach them is through their email for queries (questions@airfarewatchdog.com). Airfarewatchdog also provided their president’s email (george@airfarewatchdog.com) to be open to all kinds of concern with regards to the travel meta search engine. Their head office is actually located in New York, NY and here’s the exact location or address: 70 Battery Pl # 504, New York, NY 10280, United States.

As far as we are concerned, Airfarewatchdog hadn’t made any changes in a year. Despite the complaints they were receiving last year and this year, none of those are even acknowledged. I won’t be surprised if the travel site is not popular because it’s already left out from the others.

Have you used Airfarewatchdog? Feel free to leave a comment below.

FareDepot Reviews

As we all know, depot means a place of storage. Now, FareDepot quite explains what does their company provide. They have in store, a list of airfare deals. But the question is… is it enough what’s in store for you? In this review, we’ll be talking about FareDepot and let’s discover if we should trust this online travel agency.
vacationsFareDepot is an American-based travel site which is said to be privately owned yet no CEO or founder has been standing up for them. It’s quite suspicious why FareDepot has no definite details even on CrunchBase and Linkedin, not even a brief history where the company was originated, though it shows that FareDepot was recently established in 2013.

How does FareDepot work?

FareDepot is being operated by an unknown strong team of technology partners with expertise in online and mobile development. Their technology is paired with their call center solutions and strong industry partnerships with over 400 airlines and many travel partners. FareDepot’s About Us page doesn’t even give away any relevant information as to where they were originated or inspired from.
FareDepot is a travel site that doesn’t only focus on flights but also provides the search, compare and book option with hotel reservations, car rentals services, cruises and vacation packages. However we quite noticed that FareDepot’s layout looks similar to LowFares and HotelsCombined which are both untrusted sites. Well, even without comparing FareDepot with those travel sites, it doesn’t seem nice to risk with this online travel agency.

Talking about features and services of FareDepot, the language can’t be changed and live chat support options are available at the bottom right. An access to their social media accounts is found on the top right.

FareDepot Reviews-mobile appBooking now was made easy with their on the go travel app. FareDepot makes sure customers are comfortable either with the PC version or mobile version since they have a mobile application which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store.

FareDepot Reviews of Customers

After reading 183 FareDepot reviews, we found out that the travel site is quite being popular to the travellers. Consumers are talking about FareDepot but not on a positive note. On SiteJabber, FareDepot received an overall rating of 2.7/5. The term “infamous” can be the best way to describe FareDepot reviews. One reviewer who posted in April 2016 said:

FareDepot Reviews-scam

“The worst ever!! They tell you that your Reservation is confirmed but the next day, they send you an email asking for more details about you credit card and off course at the end they ask you for more money. The worse part is that you already gave them all your personal information. BEAWARE THIS IS SCAM”

  • Head Office Address:               1400 Key Blvd Suite 100 Arlington, VA 2229 United States

There are extraordinary arrangements of unanswered requests frequenting FareDepot. The business practices of this travel site are particularly doubtful, considering the affirmation of deceived customer Visas, and their declared trap-and-switch system, which I believe is frustrating. The limited information provided about the company would moreover add to the suspicion incorporating its steadfast quality.

PSA Airlines Reviews

PSA Airlines was initially known as Vee Neal Airlines after the owner Vee Neal Frey in 1980 and it started with a Cessna 402, though after receiving 6 Jetstream aircraft, the airline was rebranded to Jetstream International Airlines in December 1983. In order to protect the trademark of the defunct Pacific Southwest Airlines which was once a large carrier on the West Coast and was acquired by USAir, Jetstream International Airlines was once renamed to PSA Airlines in 1995.
PSA Airlines Reviews-inflightNow, PSA Airlines is headquartered at Dayton International Airport in Vandalia, Ohio with a fleet size of 108 Bombardier aircraft serving 569 daily flights in 68 destinations. The regional airline flies under the American Eagle brand for American Airlines. Only one incident record happened with PSA Airlines wherein one of their aircraft overran the runway at Yeager Airport in West Virginia. Luckily, no one was injured.

Flying with PSA Airlines

PSA Airlines’ mission is to always deliver satisfied customers to their destination, safely and on time. They are committed to growing their company where passion is shared, professional excellence is expected, from all people一customers and employees.
American Airlines
With a fleet of Bombardier CRJ aircraft, PSA Airlines can carry from 50 to 90 passengers on board. As mentioned earlier, PSA Airline serves as a regional airline for American Airlines. In a nutshell, it follows all American Airlines’ policies inflight. Booking, refunds, ticket management and special needs are done on the official website of American Airlines.

It is quite noticeable that their official site promotes more on employment than air carrier services. The main page shows flashing images of career paths, hiring information and employment programs. The site also entices more employees with their pilot success story videos.
PSA Airlines Reviews-pageTheir official website shows a lot more about the airlines vision, mission  and history though they also provide the latest news and updates within the airline shown at the bottom left of the main page. To sum it up, flight information are found on the American Airlines website.

PSA Airlines Reviews of Passengers

After looking for PSA Airlines reviews online, what we found are all from Glassdoor which only means these PSA Airlines reviews are from their flight attendants, pilots or crew. Since PSA Airlines is more keen on improving their employment, then we’ll be basing this section on Glassdoor feedback. Majority of the crew who commented are on a positive note giving PSA Airlines an overall score of 3/5. One reviewer on May 3, 2016 even said:

“Great Company, free flight benefits, medical benefits, great pay for a regional airline, wholly owned/subsidiary, great management and fair to employees”

After writing this review about PSA Airlines, I am quite convinced that the regional airline is slightly making progress starting with its management or employees. Doing an upgrade from within is a good strategy to completely fix all things. Who knows, your next flight might be with PSA Airlines; if that will happen, feel free to share your experience below.

Nantucket Airlines Reviews of Passengers

It seems like Nantucket Airlines is getting a lot of appreciation from its passengers or customers. As to the most recent review posted on May 2, 2016, the passenger commented:

“My family really enjoyed our flight. The pilot was a real pro. Even cooler, was the fact that they allow one passenger to sit next to pilot, as I did on our return trip.
They’re small, and this allows themselves to be flexible. I will use them again.”

Well what can I say, the reviewer was right. Since they are a small transportation company, it was easy for them to maintain and provide exclusive services. The adage “Small but terrible” will apply to Nantucket Airlines and Cape Air. Kudos for the airline for providing quality of service for more than two decades. Based on Nantucket Airlines reviews, feedback and all the information we gathered, it’s safe to say that Nantucket Airlines is worth the ride.
