Since it has been a year, we will be starting to write new reviews about the travel sites we once wrote about last year, just to give you a heads up of the current status or changes of a particular online travel agency. Things can change in a span of a year, that’s why we decided on re-writing some of the written travel search engines and give you the freshest feedback for 2016.
In this review, we will be re-talking about ParkSleepFly.
ParkSleepFly Reviews 2016
To remind you what’s the meaning of ParkSleepFly, it is actually Park at the hotel, Sleep soundly and Fly stress-free. The travel booking and reservation meta search engine traces its roots back to 2002 and also serves as the sister company of AirportParkingReservations. ParkSleepFly’s CEO is still Thomas Lombardi Jr., and under his leadership, both companies increased revenue by 215% after almost 5 years of annual revenue declines.
How does ParkSleepFly work?
It is quite noticeable that ParkSleepFly had again updated their official website since the last time we wrote a review about them. Though, we just notice a few changes, such as their Trustpilot ratings and standing at the top center of the web page. While the search option was more focused on airports shown at the center, the bottom part of the page promotes the top cities with ParkSleepFly packages. In case customers want a more categorized search by popular US and Canadian airports, then the bottom part will be of help.
Unfortunately, they still don’t have a mobile application version of their PC services. Some customers are actually complaining about it, because it’s somehow inconvenient for some. Though, there are other ways to get in touch with them or look more about them, which is actually through their social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+. But, for some reason the links to their social media are now missing on the new interface. I wonder why. Have they forgotten to put them?
ParkSleepFly Reviews 2016 from Customers
Even if ParkSleepFly has an amazing leader to keep them on track, the ParkSleepFly reviews of customers haven’t been showing any coordination to the said company’s continuous success lately. Most of the consumers are surprised that they are overcharged, especially with the fact that ParkSleepFly is showing prices which are not similar to those in the payment process, and others are disappointed with their experiences of the services of ParkSleepFly.
On a positive note, given the other complaints over ParkSleepFly, on Trustpilot, the travel site had acquired a lot of feedback and positive ratings. To see more of their ParkSleepFly reviews 2016, click here.

Judging through the continuous development of ParkSleepFly, the online travel agency had been slow but steady in fixing their mistakes. Though, it is somehow doubtful that they got a lot of feedback. I hope the comments are not fraudulent or made up by them to increase their rating on TrustPilot. Problems with hidden charges are still showing on some ParkSleepFly reviews. It’s still your decision if you’ll be trusting them or not.
