We personally love how the picture in motion appears on the bottom right of the front page that commercialize the Mongolian Airlines. Moving forward, the site lets travellers to search and book for flights, car rental services and hotel accommodation.

However, we notice that even if the overall appearance of the site looks really enticing, the navigation doesn’t go along with the beauty of the site. The option to switch the flashing images of the background is malfunctioning. Majority of the page still appears in Mongolian language even we changed it already to English. So in short, the official website is somehow unreliable.

Overview
After writing this review about the national airline of Mongolia, it’s clear why the airline wasn’t included as part of the World’s Top 100 Airlines. Maybe because their official page isn’t functioning properly and there’s limited information regarding their on board services and cabin classes. On a positive note, MIAT Mongolian Airlines reviews leave them with a good background. At least, even if they are at a slow-but-sure pace, they manage to maintain a good standing to their passengers in and out of the country.

Conclusion
Even if Royal Brunei Airlines had been operating for 4 decades, they never cease to amaze travellers who are flying with them. I am hoping in due time to see their name as part of Skytrax’s World’s Top 100 Airlines. Because they deserve to be considered as one of the best. Brunei might be just a little nation at the island of Borneo, but obviously had shown a lot compared to other major airlines nowadays.

Just like weather conditions, the future of an airline is unpredictable. There might be some ways to monitor the situation, but whatever the future entails for a company is a mystery. However, the difference between weather conditions and an airline is, man can manipulate the entire airline’s function and slowly draw the future he or she wants for the company.

Tiger Airways’ future isn’t decided, despite being in the business for over a decade.

Origins and Ownership

TigerAir was founded on December 12th, 2003 in Singapore. TigerAir is a subsidiary of the flag carrier, Singapore Airlines. The current CEO is Lee Lik Hsin, he was appointed on May 12th, 2014, the day the former CEO, Koay Peng Yen left.

What people are saying

TigerAir only got a 5 star rating from both Airlinequality.com and Airlineratings.com. Their cabin crew on board is known for going on a “extra mile” with their caring and efficient service, many customers were very happy with the attendants checking on passengers every 15 minutes. Food is delicious according to some reviews and the seats are comfortable.

Most complaints pertain to delayed flights and results in passengers being over crowded in the waiting room. Some delays lasted for 9 hours and travelers weren’t happy about it. A certain complaint was raised about TigerAir’s baggage policy, this one traveler shared his experience when the ground crew asked him and others to take off their coats before weight-check, they did that in the middle of winter. The coats were placed over the luggage to check if they exceeded the limitation weight. The customer concluded that he lost the appreciation he had for TigerAir.

There were many customers who didn’t recommend TigerAir to future travelers, a few recommendations were there, but the negative comments really overwhelmed the good ones.

Kapoor was appointed on November 1st, 2013, he was the former CEO of GMG Airlines Ltd, from 2011 to 2013.

Sanjiv has over 17 years experience in the airline industry, and is considered as a C-level executive.

People Feedback

On Airlinequality.com, SpiceJet got a 5 out of 10 star rating. SpiceJet’s in flight service is great according to the reviews, but their ground service, not so much.

One patron was travelling with his son, they arrived at the airport a little early. When they were about to check in, the ground attendants announced that checking-in is currently unavailable and asked them to wait for a little while. After 45 minutes, the traveler decided to ask what time will the airline allow passengers to board, the attendant said that they were already allowing passengers minutes ago. The passenger was frustrated because there was no announcement. He was so mad that he didn’t recommended SpiceJet at all.

On the other hand, some customer reviews had a great experience with SpiceJet because of their efficient in flight service, delicious food, helpful attendants and the seats were very comfortable.

Gaining a perfect star rating is hard to achieve for online travel agencies these days, because let’s face it, the service they provide is not that big of a deal today because of modernization. Probably 10 years ago, people would go insane upon using these travel sites.

Vayama scored an average of a 5.4 out of 10 star rating on Trustpilot.com. 39% of the reviews gave the agency 1 star and 33.8% gave them 5 star.

According to reviews, Vayama is not that consistent with their service. Good thing is that the deals they offer are reliable and have received good feedback from customers, the bad thing has something to do with their customer service and unreasonable fees. One customer was fixating about Vayama’s cancellation fee of $50, he even compared it to Expedia which only requires $7.

One patron was furious when he had to deal with what he described as “horrible” customer service which fails to educate customers. He even mentioned that if a zero star rating was available, he’d give Vayama just that.

Some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot.com were very long, almost like a short story.

Their FAQs page is actually sufficient for general information, so their customer support phone line probably expects more specific questions.

Believe it or not, Etihad only got 5 out 10 stars on both Airlinequality.com and Airlineratings.com. Most of the reviews had something good and bad to say about the airline. One traveler said that his flight was “ok,” according to him the attendants were pleasant and attentive, but he swore that he would never travel 14 hours with the hard seats of Etihad. He also complimented the food for being tasty but served with small portions. One passenger gave ten stars to Etihad’s business class, he said everything was good and that he had an awesome experience.

Upon keen observation, passengers who flew economy gave Etihad a low star rating, while business class passengers ranked Etihad with nine and ten stars.

Looks like Etihad’s economy class needs major improvements.

Economy Class

Despite being the lowest class, Etihad provides the best comfort possible with reclining seats and touch screen tv screens for in-flight entertainment.

Asiana Airlines was founded on February 17th, 1988, but their operation commenced in December, 1988.The founding company of Asiana is Kumho Asiana Group and its former name was Seoul Air International.

On January 1st, 2014, Soo-Cheon Kim became the CEO of Asiana. Kim has been serving Asiana since 1988, he started out working for the sales office, Kim is also the President of Asiana.

Online feedback

On airlinequality.com, Asiana got eight out of ten points from online reviews. Asiana’s staff service took the spotlight, receiving 5-stars from most reviews. One of the customers showed his gratitude towards the staff at the gate for their help and consideration. The staff on board were polite and attentive according to the reviews.

There were complaints about Asiana’s website being hard to navigate. This one particular guy gave Asiana one point, but he rated the staff service 4-star. According to him, there are some weak spots mostly on their website, but their competent staff makes up for it.

Customers were also delighted with the food service, seat comfort and Asiana’s value for money.

Asiana got the same level of appreciation on TripAdvisor.com, the airline got 88% for recommendation.

The First Suite Class

Each suite is built with two sliding doors for a more private experience. Each seat can be converted to a 210cm full flat bed for a better slumber at night. Each suite has a mini bar and mood lighting for each passenger to control the ambiance according to their liking. There are also extra seats for each suite, so passengers can converse.

Passengers in this class have to choose from a variety of Korean royal foods and western dishes developed by La Cucina and prepared by chefs on-board. The First Class

Passengers in first class can relax on a seat that can be recline up to 180-degree and can be converted to a bed with 83 inch wide seat space.

They can watch their favorite movies, documentaries, listen to different types of music and play fun games. Staggered seats with a 180-reclining feature offers the perfect comfort while waiting for your flight to land in the Business Smartium class. Conclusion

Asiana is the second largest airline in South Korea after Korean Air, but Asiana is a 5-star airline but is only rated 4-star. Comfort Class

In this class, the seat pitch is 46 inches and the width is 19.5 inches, the seat configuration is 2-3-2. The seats can be reclined 8.8 inches for a comfortable sleep. Each seat has an individual reading light.

Economy Class

The seat pitch for economy is 31-32 inch. The maximum recline of each seat is 6 inches, the seat pan adds an additional 1.5 inches with a total recline of 7.5 inches.

Turkish Airlines is the fourth best airline in the world according to SkyTrax. There’s no doubt that their service is great but there are certain gaps needed to be fixed because several customers are starting to lose their cool when dealing with Turkish Airlines. Time to get those customers back.
