One traveller was mad when he wasn’t able to find hot food for his breakfast at 7:30am. He was actually at the Departure area and he mentioned the very limited only selection of cold sandwiches and cakes found. For some bizarre reason, McDonald’s was available at the Arrivals area. As you enter the arrivals terminal, toilets are found on the left hand side. Overhead, a sign is visible that pertains Baggage Reclaim area. Along the way down to the area, money transaction facilities such as ATM and a The Bank Of Valletta desk are situated at the right side of the corridor. There are also several facilities found inside that area, such as information desks, more toilets, airport shuttle buses, car hire and duty free shops.
Once travellers have successfully reclaimed their luggage, their next step is through Main Arrivals area wherein more number of shops, cafes, tour operator desks and transfer options are available.
