Korean Air Reviews

Flying with Korean Air is like eating Korean food. They are actually a variety of spicy fermented vegetables. One of which is Kimchi. Kimchi is the famous all around meal of Koreans. The first time you’ll experience eating Kimchi, you will really hate it. However after trying it more often you’ll come to appreciate the dish. Fly with Korean Air and slowly savour how great their service is. Why? Check this out:

Beginning of Korean Air
In the beginning it was known as “Korean Air Lines” founded in 1962 by the South Korean Government, to replace the Korean National Airlines and was owned by Hanjin Transport Group on March 1, 1969.

On March 1, 1984, after redesigning the company logo to Taeguk the name was changed to “Korean Air”. Taeguk is a word from Middle-Chinese which means “absolute”. This is also the symbol found on the center of the Korean flag.

Mr. Cho Yang-Ho was a manager in Americas Regional Headquarters of Korean Air in 1974 and really made his way up and in 1999 became the Chief Executive Officer of the airlines. The current CEO and chairman of Korean Air, Mr. Cho, is a 66 year old Korean and is also the chairman of the Hanjin Transport Group.

Customer’s Concern
I read a lot of Korean Air reviews and so far the most recent reviews are praises and customer service appreciation. One reviewer said “I had an excellent experience flying with Korean Air. The comfort and service in my Prestige Class seat made my 13 hour flight back to the United States painless and very enjoyable. From the minute I boarded the plane, the Cabin Staff were friendly and helpful. The multiple meals served during the trip were brought out timely, extremely fresh and were well presented. Multiple Western food options are available but the Korean cuisine was phenomenal. I slept a solid 7 hours on the flight.  I want to especially thank Jung Yoojin in Prestige Class on flight KE029 from Incheon, South Korea to Houston, Texas for making my first Korean Air experience wonderful. I definitely recommend Prestige Class with this excellent set of Cabin Staff.” she gave the airlines on 21st of September 2015 a 10/10 rating by AirlineRatings.com

Final Thoughts
I enjoyed reading various Korean Air reviews, the Korean airline really had set the stage to entertain their passengers. Well, in my words, I really love the airline knowing it provides a vibe of its own culture. As expected the airline is running 38th place out of 100 airlines worldwide. Penny for your thoughts? 1. Hi! I am really looking forward to read more of your reviews. As you can see, I keep leaving opinion.
Anyway, Korean Air is really one of the best international airlines I rode with before. They serve Korean dishes but Kimchi is not part of their menu. Kimchi is really delicious but it doesn’t smell as good as it tastes.

  2. Recently flew with Korean Air. I love how the stewardess where friendly however I don’t like the food they served. Generally I was not really satisfied with this airline and just resort to sleeping all flight long.
