Jetcost is one of the pioneer travel sites in Paris, France. Yes, it’s located in the world’s most visited destination in the world by lovers. Had the love of people reached Jetcost this year? Since it’s now operating for 10 years, let us see the development or progress of Jetcost in this travel industry.
How does Jetcost work?
Since they are a French-based travel site, the language is in French by default. The option to change the site to customers’ preferred language is located at the top right of the page. It’s noticeable that Jetcost had recently updated their web page. Check out our last review to see its old version. Let’s try to make a simple search to see how the new site functions:
While loading for results, Jetcost momentarily shows the listing of other travel sites offered by cheapest and as it loads, the result changes too. However, as we wait forever to see the finished search page, our whole internet browser crashed. When we tried to do a similar search, it happened again. Maybe the site is just new that it’s still not functioning properly. Well, that’s bad, because that means it’s good as nothing for now.
Jetcost has a mobile application that customers find more reliable than the page itself. One consumer even said “Best travel and flight reservation app I used.” The travel app can be changed to 16 languages and shared to emails and social media accounts. It also offers the same services like the PC version. However, the app is only available for Android users.
Jetcost Reviews 2016 from Consumers
It seems like Jetcost is in a bad shape because they didn’t maintain their standing last year from customer feedback. Checking online, it’s easy to find Jetcost reviews, but the bad news is they’re not as positive as last year’s. Customers stopped using Jetcost after first-and-last-time use. Some other potential customers booked with other travel sites instead after hearing the holocaust complaints massively being shared side-by-side in social media accounts. This had led Jetcost into a poor standing. I wonder how Jetcost is coping up lately?

We are glad that Jetcost heard our last review about their website not being modernized. It’s a good sign that they’re active over complaints and suggestions of others. This acknowledgement is their ray of hope to help them build the reputation they lost. Actually, Jetcost is not bad at all. It just needs to be more careful in dealing with customers. I still wonder why Jetcost doesn’t have a contact or fax number?
