Being a travel startup nowadays is not as easy as it was 10 years ago. Since online travel agencies are all around, it’s hard to figure or determine who is real from fraud. However FlightHub had made its own mark in the travel business from a slow but sure process. They are certainly climbing the ladder up to achieving their unselfish goals.   1. A clear and useful tool that shows flight and airline options, and their resultant costs. The final steps to making the payment need to conducted carefully, to avoid any additional and possibly unwanted additional charges (for seat selection, insurance, best price guarantee), but otherwise these relatively minor points of ‘friction’ do not detract from an excellent, efficient means of booking best value on available flights.

  2. I am not sure this article accurately reflects the Better Business Bureau’s impression of FlightHub. I had an absolutely terrible experience with them which has still not been resolved. After doing some research, (Yes, it should have been done prior to using them) it appears they are great…unless you need to call them for any reason or change anything. Comparably, their prices are not that far off booking directly with the airline. Every time I have done this and needed to change I get an immediate and helpful response from the airline! Look elsewhere, this is not a customer service based company.
