In our latest FitsAir reviews, we take a closer look into FitsAir, their official website, their main services and features, and what passengers think of their inflight experience. We hope that these FitsAir reviews help.

Background and History

FitsAir has its headquarters located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. FitsAir was originally named Expo Aviation at the time of their foundation. As ExpoAir, not only were they certified under the International Civil Aviation Organisation ( ICAO) annex requirements, they were also certified to commence flights to Jaffna by the Department of Civil Aviation.

FitsAir has their main hubs located at Bandaranaike International Airport and Ratmalana Airport with focus cities at Dubai’s Dubai International Airport. For a comprehensive list of the destinations of FitsAir, using either passenger, charter, or cargo airlines, view this link. Also, the fleet of FitsAir includes 1 McDonnell Douglas MD-82SF, 1 Ilyushin Il-18, 1 Douglas DC-8-63CF, and 2 Cessna Grand Caravan/EX flying to 13 destinations in the region with cargo flights to a number of cities in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Omar Kayaam serves as the CEO of FitsAir.

What Users Have to Say

Unfortunately, there are little to no FitsAir reviews online from which to base our opinion on. In this case, we will rely on the general appearance of their official website to come up with our own FitsAir reviews.

However, Clement Tan wrote on Facebook: “There was a FitsAir pilot who was clearly impatient and rude at the security scanning. There was a hold up at the security queue and he said to the person in front of him “you either move or you let me through”. As long as he’s wearing your uniform, he’s an ambassador of your brand and I don’t think that’s how a brand ambassador should behave.” Check out more of these FitsAir reviews, here, where the Sri Lankan airline was rated with 4 stars out of 5 based on 4 FitsAir reviews.FitsAir Reviews 2017 passenger service

We checked out their official website, which featured FitsAir’s purple and pink brand logo and a fairly professional looking layout and design. They feature upper tabs on their cargo and charter solutions, among others. Meanwhile, you can check out FitsAir’s other services, here.

Concluding Words

FitsAir Reviews 2017 airplane

FitsAir doesn’t have that much FitsAir reviews online, though the ones we read online detailed passenger’s negative experiences with their crew’s attitudes. This does not pertain to the airline’s inflight or onboard service, and I think you can still have a decent flight with FitsAir.
