FareGeek was founded in 2006 with the aim of providing airfares to Barcelona, Frankfurt, Delhi, Atlanta, Hong Kong and various other international locations with other online travel agencies or those found on airline websites and we bet you will be surprised how often we beat their best airfare offers. Now, with their recent upgrade based on FareGeek reviews from customers. They created an even-more flexible technology enhanced booking with unique online features like the ability to book one-way, round-trip or multi-city access to special services and choice of cabin classes.
To be honest, the overall layout of FareGeek doesn’t even consider as a creation of a geek. What made the site slightly enticing is the choice of background using the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai. Promptly, it shows the site’s main features as searching for flights, hotel reservations, car rentals and vacation packages. Live help option is shown on the left hand of the page and newsletter service on the right hand.
FareGeek can be changed to three more languages from English to UK, Canadian and Indian. The catchphrase of the company is as it says “Low fares, more options”. I don’t know why, but FareGeek reminds me of Lessno.
The travel app of FareGeek seems to be reliable for it is available in the App Store and Google Play Store. They just recently made an update for iOS users and remains the same with Android versions. However, even if FareGeek provides options via mobile application, the same features and services like searching flights, the app was rated as “The worst app ever” and even considered as “Not great and unpolished”. I hope this travel app is not just a formality.
FareGeek Reviews of Consumers
The trusted review site SiteJabber had spoken the truth, FareGeek Reviews are showing a total score of only 37% positive. Well, it is quite obvious that FareGeek had a bad reputation with its consumers. For customers are not really satisfied and unhappy with it being terrible in terms of customer service and a rip off. One recent review shows, a customer saying:
“Dealing with this company was the WORST. I’m usually really polite and calm with customer service representatives… but these arrogant, rude, unhelpful people had my blood bowling. Avoid them, trust me on this.”

Geek in terms of verb means “engage in or discuss computer-related tasks obsessively or with great attention to technical detail.” However, this doesn’t perfectly fit with what FareGeek does since their page seems to be not dealt with great attention to technical detail. Maybe the definition in terms of noun will apply, “an unfashionable or socially inept person.”
Feel free to be the judge, I am just stating an opinion here how this will help you in your future bookings with FareGeek.
