To start off, avoid language barriers in using the site. The page has several international versions interchangeable to United Kingdom, United States, France, Germany, European Union, Italy and Spain. This option appears at the bottom part of the page.
The travel site was established together with its sister company “Lastminute” in 1996. EasyClickTravel is one of the billion-dollar travel businesses and has now been running 20 years in service. In this review, let us see if these years were enough for them to master the travel industry with customer service handling. Let us take a closer look on this American-based online travel search engine.
What is EasyClickTravel?
EasyClickTravel is obviously an online travel agency that serves customers with a click-away services for hotels, vacation packages, cruises and flight bookings. Prices are compared from more than 2,300 attractions in 89 different travel destinations worldwide. What make them popular is they offer affordable prices starting from one-star budget to five-star hotels and resorts. They are actually being led by their parent company, Travel Holdings, Inc.
EasyClickTravel provides listings of their last minute savings and feature destinations. Customers have the option to receive these latest package deals and vacation offers via email through signing up with their newsletter service. The option to enter their email address is found at the top right of the page.
However, the main page is not well organized. I was personally lost when I was navigating the website. The font size is smaller than the average size which made my eyes hurt. Even if the site promptly says that they are secured by TRUSTe and Verisign, it seems that the site alone is malfunctioning very often.
Do NOT Trust EasyClickTravel
On Yelp and Facebook, both online commenting sites had scored the travel site below average: Yelp with 1.5/5 while Facebook was 2.9/5; these were based on actual EasyClickTravel reviews by consumers. The majority of the feedback are obviously negative since the score is low, but what actually rooted this low-rating is the overpricing of EasyClickTravel.
Some reviewers mentioned that after booking, email confirmations show prices that are three times the price agreed plus another additional charge for the service. Others never had a confirmation at all, but still got charged. To warn everyone, all of these stories were posted 2015 and the most recent ones are in February 2016. Don’t believe me? Click here:

As I thought this site looks suspicious to use. Then discovering all these complaints justified my doubt to be true. At all costs, stay away with EasyClickTravel. We can’t say that all of these are just made up comments or reviews to bring down the site, since our references are from Facebook and the profiles are legit. I wonder if EasyClickTravel had at least taken action with this viral matter online.
