FitsAir has its headquarters located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. FitsAir was originally named Expo Aviation at the time of their foundation. However, Clement Tan wrote on Facebook: “There was a FitsAir pilot who was clearly impatient and rude at the security scanning. There was a hold up at the security queue and he said to the person in front of him “you either move or you let me through”. Citilink is an Indonesian low-cost airline headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia with a main hub located at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, East Java. “Better fly, Citilink” is Citilink’s company slogan.

The airline traces their foundation to 2001 when they were formed as a low-cost subsidiary of their parent company Garuda Indonesia. In the first quarter of 2012, Citilink began operating as a separate business entity from Garuda Indonesia, complete with a brand overhaul from their livery, official website, cabin crew uniform, and cabin interiors. Mostly, the airline’s cabin crew friendliness made passengers feel comfortable onboard: “Flight attendants were very courteous and polite, and they were also very helpful. We paid for our meals but turns out for drinks we also have to pay extra on board, and it is cash only. Restrooms were kept clean throughout the trip. Flight deck communication was adequate; we were given informations on flight time and altitude before we take off, and arrival time and Bandung weather before we land. One of the most recent Germania reviews entitled “good service throughout” wrote it was a “Nice airline, very prompt both going out and returning. Good service throughout, helpful cabin crew. Film for the flight and complimentary meal and drinks which was unexpected. Very good flight prices. Will definitely look to flying with them again. There aren’t much NokScoot reviews online, probably because NokScoot is not a major airline, though a forum on TripAdvisor indicated the airline was rated with 3.5 stars out of 5 based from 42 NokScoot reviews. Here are what some of these NokScoot reviews wrote:

“Nok Scoot are employing new aircraft, with reasonable legroom on several routes, amnd offer good value for money. Token apology for a meal, but then this is a budget airline. Staff reasonably attentive and service adequate. Delayed take off due to late boarding.” Many praised NokScoot’s affordable and “average” service, calling it value for money with “helpful staff.”

Another wrote NokScoot was “On time, good service, comfortable. Don’t worry about the slight chaos at check-in at Don Meang; it eventually works out, and there are useful employees available to help in the check-in area.”

There were positive and negative Air Manas reviews, some of which wrote, “Routine shuttle service. Got us there and back safely. Transfer buses were very crowded. The flight was full and the buses with luggage was tightly packed,” while another said, “1hey and 10 mkn to board inside a super hot aircraft. Then, they lost our luggage on a direct flight from Calgary to vancouver. Did not have any type of information to give us and employee seemed not aware of what to do. Still not able to get on hold with their customer service.”
