The BookingBuddy Review
BookingBuddy is an extended travel service product of Smarter Travel Media. Booking buddy was established to help travelers find the best deals for flights, hotels, car rentals and cruises.
Daniel Saul is the President, owner and CEO of Smart Travel Media, meaning he owns BookingBuddy as well.
In this BookingBuddy review, we also took a look at their website. BookingBuddy guarantees the best prices possible with no booking fees. Despite not being an airline company, BookingBuddy offers last minute flights to customers.
United States of America is BookingBuddies primary target audience, with the help of their partner airlines, BookingBuddy offers over 20 destinations in and out of the USA. Customers can save up to 30% on booking flights+hotels packages. Booking buddy doesn’t sell anything, they simply connect buyers (travelers) to sellers (airlines, hotels, car companies) to each other.
Another “Less is more” website, simple interface with user-friendly features. Being a subsidiary, BookingBuddy doesn’t include much information about their company background, that’s ok, since most customers are after their services.
The website allows customers to look and book for flights, hotel reservations, car rentals and cruises easily. That’s it, since BookingBuddy is only the middleman. There is a “Help” page for customers, kinda like a FAQs page, for general information.
Get in Touch
BookingBuddy has a page on their website that presents a list of their partners with phone numbers, so customers can directly contact the company service provider. They also allow customers to submit their feedback through their website. Frequent flyers are also notified on recent and updates via email.
On Trustpilot.com BookingBuddy got a 7.6 out of 10 star rating from customer reviews. According to most comments, BookingBuddy offers the best deals and is easy to do business with.
However, there were unimpressed customers stating that, BookingBuddy offers the same deals by Orbitz and Expedia. On Resellratings.com, BookingBuddy got a 9.69 out of 10 star rating, so looks like Trustpilot.com is not biased.
Most of the reviews on both sites says that BookingBuddy is perfect for travelers on a budget.
In a Nutshell
Looks like BookingBuddy is doing good, most of the reviews were positive and the site is starting to attract people.. However, BookingBuddy might consider adding some features to their website. Since you’re here, maybe you’ve done some research prior to reading this review. What have you learned about BookingBuddy?
