Conclusion
Based on several Auckland Airport reviews, the New Zealander airport had really made a mark in the growing travel marketing industry. However, given the pros listed and mentioned above, the cons or the Auckland Airport reviews of passengers are pulling them down. I understand that not all concerns are answered and acknowledged, but an average score is not close to good at all. I hope this reaches a part of AKL to a better service in the future.

  1. I’ve been through Auckland airport 6 times and agree it’s small and doesn’t have the shopping facilities that the large ones have but have always found the exit through customs fast and very friendly.
